At Tutello, we are dedicated to providing an accessible and user-friendly experience for all of our customers, including individuals with disabilities. We have implemented best practices in web accessibility to ensure our platform meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

As part of our commitment, we regularly test our application using automated tools such as axe-core, as well as manual testing, to ensure that all users, regardless of ability, can access and use our services effectively. Our application meets or exceeds the following standards:

- Our platform is navigable via keyboard and screen readers.
- We ensure text alternatives for non-text content and have clear, understandable forms and navigation.
- Multimedia content includes captions and transcripts when applicable.

Currently, we are aware of some areas where the colour contrast does not meet the minimum recommended thresholds. These issues are related to our branding colours, and we are actively working on a solution to enhance contrast while maintaining our brand identity. We are collaborating with our design team to implement these changes in the near future.
